Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing and executing comprehensive project plans with cost, schedule, and milestones; 2) Conducting fit or wear evaluation to validate patterns, design, and functionality; 3) Writing detailed technical reports and briefings on design programs that include sound technical and programmatic recommendations; 4) Preparing documentation (specifications, purchase documents, etc.) for procurement; 5) Establishing and maintaining liaison and working relationships with other clothing and textile stakeholders in academia, industry, and government organizations
