Job Title: Senior Executive - ( Garment technologist)
Location: Mumbai (– BKC, Mumbai )
Budget: ???? – + LPA (including 10% variable)
Experience – 3 to 8 years
Education – Garment Tech or any other garment related (Minimum 3 years in garment/ fabric education)
Key Skills – Fits, Tech pack creation / reviews, Production planning, Sample evaluations, Sealer process.
Contact:
1. Maintain base blocks as per trends and provide technical inputs
2. Approve fit evaluations & samples for all categories
3. Standardize fit/specs for consistency
4. Resolve issues with vendors, regional QAs, buyers, and sourcing officers
5. Write technical specifications for style creations
6. Ensure on-time sealer approvals by monitoring critical paths
7. Analyze customer feedback & returns to reduce store-level quality issues
8. Improve product quality through sealer process and sample evaluations
+. Ensure tech-packs are accurate and timely
10. Guide regional QA, sourcing teams, and vendors on technical specs and product quality
11. Stay updated with technology trends & innovations
12. Visit stores to understand and improve product quality and performance
