Engagement Details
• Type: Independent Freelance Consultant
• Location: 100% Remote
• Duration: Long-term multi-month to multi-year projects (initial 6–12 month contract)
• Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeks
• Clients: Global enterprises, digital product companies, and cloud-first technology teams
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud architectures.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or Bicep.
• Develop serverless functions, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud automation, and DevOps practices.
• Manage cloud networking, identity and access, monitoring, and logging.
• Work with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Optimize cost, performance, and security across cloud environments.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical experience with IaC tools (Terraform preferred).
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and identity management.
• Ability to work independently within distributed international teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with microservices development (Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
• Experience in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Run).
• Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Stackdriver).
• Exposure to enterprise environments or large-scale cloud migrations.
• Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Associate or Professional level) are a plus.
