Overview:
SITA CORP is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM projects. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, creating functional specifications, and performing fit-gap analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing hypercare support post-go-live and application support/upgrade support/enhancement work to deliver to clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing core Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a preference for those with experience in multiple modules. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM projects from start to finish, including working closely with stakeholders, creating functional specifications, and performing fit-gap analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing hypercare support post-go-live and application support/upgrade support/enhancement work to deliver to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM projects from start to finish.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, creating functional specifications, and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Providing hypercare support post-go-live and application support/upgrade support/enhancement work to deliver to clients.
• Ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Managing stakeholders and internal team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
• At least 10-plus years of HCM domain experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM projects in modules like Core HCM, Absence, Benefits and Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Training.
• 5 plus years of proven hands-on experience in the implementation of core modules of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Team Lead/Project Lead experience in managing stakeholders and internal team members.
• Production Support Experience in resolving tickets using tools like SNOW, Jira, or Remedy.
• Awareness of Year-end support, applying patches/providing analysis on patches, and working closely with users.
• Experience in Agile methodology in executing daily work.
• Expertise in understanding business requirements, creating functional specifications, mapping requirements, and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Providing Hypercare Support Post Go Live, Providing Application Support/Upgrade Support/any Enhancement work to deliver to client.
• Excellent communication skills and perform a facing role.
• Experience in providing estimation for given work and working with the technical team in sharing the requirement.
Nice to Have:
• HCM Cloud certification would be desirable.
Qualifications:
• Oracle HRMS and Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
