Working with other product managers to align cross-portfolio strategy and roadmap
Leading and fostering data-driven culture, using data to validate product decisions
Utilising learnings from experimentation to inform product development and strategy
Product Development

Overseeing the 5D product development process from Discovery through to Determine phases, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Working closely with broader stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Portfolio Lifecycle Management

Ensuring product profitability and return on investment, through pricing strategies and cost management.
Regular review and update of product performance metrics, using data to inform product strategy and development decisions

Ability to identify growth opportunities within their area of focus while staying aligned with broader strategic priorities.
Skilled at engaging and aligning stakeholders to drive collective progress and outcomes
Experience with direct customers and sales team is a bonus to bring and uncover insights and shape direction and share roadmap
