Previous experience in a management position; preferably a club/day lounge;
An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
Knowledge on beverage menu development
Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
Availability for Monday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
You’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
