Job Description Of BH
1) Build a Cohesive unit by recruiting and developing agency sales managers and BM distributors.
2) Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.
3) Build and monitor the sales process of Licensing, coding and activation of distributors.
4) Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
5) Train team members on selling products
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation + At least 8 years of working experience in Life, Health, General Insurance Agency, Banca, Direct channel with
min 3-4 years of team handling experience
Good local and office language needed
