In this fast-paced, multi-property role, you’ll manage individual and small group bookings, convert enquiries into confirmed stays, and help maximise occupancy and revenue - all while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Convert leads into bookings through effective upselling and product knowledge
Accurately process bookings and maintain system integrity across all cluster hotels
Liaise with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
Contribute to achieving revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals
About You
Strong communication and customer service skills
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hotel reservations systems (RESAweb, Opera, or similar preferred)
A positive, proactive team player with a passion for delivering service excellence
