1.Training Delivery Facilitation
• Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new hires across bakery stores.
• Deliver refresher training sessions on product knowledge, hygiene, and service protocols.
• Coach store staff and supervisors on customer engagement and upselling skills.
• Ensure training is interactive, practical, and aligned with the brands premium positioning.
2. Operational Product Excellence
• Train teams on presentation display standards.
• Reinforce compliance with FOSTAC, and company food safety and hygiene guidelines.
3. Performance Monitoring
• Observe and evaluate staff performance post-training; provide feedback and retraining as needed.
• Track training completion, skill certification, and performance impact at store level.
• Share training effectiveness reports with Operations teams.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Regional Area Managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Support the rollout of new product launches, campaigns, and process updates through training .
Education and Experience
• Graduate. Hotel Management / Food Technology / related field preferred.
• Certification in food safety (FOSTAC or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in bakery, QSR, café, or hospitality training roles.
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills,ability to engage frontline teams.
• Deep understanding of bakery operations (production, service, hygiene).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for premium food experiences.
• Ability to travel extensively across store locations.
• Effective communication & proficiency in English.
• Collaboration ,Creative & Focused.
