Supplemental Health Care has immediate openings for home health CNAs in the Denver, Colorado area. This is a 13-week contract that requires prior OASIS experience.
Home Health CNA Contract Details:
- $732 - $1,082 per week
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
• Most home health contracts do require some on-call
• Weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Colorado CNA Certification
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #1311+2 and Los Angeles Municipal Code 18+.00). For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
