About the Role

Step through our pink doors into the whimsical world of Peter Alexander as Co-Manager at our Harbourtown store! You’ll be a key player in driving sales, supporting the other store manager and your team’s growth, and making sure every customer feels like they’ve stepped into a dream. If you love fashion, leading with energy, and have a knack for making things happen, we want you to help us grow our vibrant brand.

This is a Full-time position, and requires availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere.
Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day.
Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home.
Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.
What You’ll Bring

Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
