UnicMinds is a platform to teach kids online coding via 1:1 live classes. UnicMinds strives to make coding a skill set and tool to understand and appreciate every technology that a child consumes in today’s world. We offer the best coding courses based on tested curriculum to kids aged 6-15 years old across the world.
Teachers play the most crucial role in the overall learning & development experience of kids and in upholding the overall customer experience across the full life-cycle of curriculum development, trial-classes, course classes, and doubt-clarifications to children.
At UnicMinds, child-first thinking is very important because aside from teaching them coding, we believe we should look at the children in a 360 degree view as today’s children are the future of countries, families, companies, and the quality of life.
Core Responsibilities:
- Take trial classes and convert the prospects
- Internalize, improve and adapt the curriculum according to student’s requirement
- Meet all the class requirements in terms of attendance, time discipline and delivery
- Should be able to come up with ideas to enhance the child’s understanding of coding concept
- Be adept at understanding the interests of the child and customize the delivery accordingly
- Engage the children in the most productive way for the child
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science /IT/MCA
- Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching coding to children
- Thinking child first at all costs
Selection Process: There will be three rounds - technical round, demo round, and behavior round.
