You’ll be part of the Global Financial Services team and primarily focused on managing and optimising reporting and data processes across the organisation. You will identify a vision, and prioritise objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class. You’ll enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, problem-solving environment that requires you to think and act quickly to address strategic and day-to-day business priorities.(for higher grades) This is a high-profile role with a global remit, and requires the ability to effectively manage and influence teams and stakeholders across different countries and levels.
Job Category - Service Delivery - Record to Report: Deliver record to report services, ensure KPIs and metrics reflect customer expectations of the service, resolve current and emerging performance gaps, prioritise areas for improvement. Job Family - Finance Service Delivery: Works within the record to report, order to cash, procure to pay, supply chain and HCP acounting, to deliver finance sercvices. Accountable for the delivery of the full catalogue of Finance Services, including Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Management Reporting, Statutory Reporting Tax and Cash Management & Banking. Accountable for delivering services to the service levels agreed with customers. Job Family Group - Finance: Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organisation. Establishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, maintains relations with investment and banking communities, advises management on financial affairs and assists in long-range planning. Responsibilities may include accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections
