Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement front-end solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing front-end engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. (ex. - Cursor)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading front-end development teams, with expertise in web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies and frameworks, including React and React Native.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and global collaboration.
