Cold Caller / Business Development Representative – In-Office (Worli, Mumbai)
Work Timings: 10 PM – 7 AM IST (US/International Market)
Location: Worli | Onsite Only
We are hiring high-calibre Cold Callers / BDRs for a fast-growing consulting, marketing, and recruitment firm working with international markets. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their communication, commands respect on a call, and knows how to engage decision-makers — not someone looking for a typical offshore calling job.

What You Will Do:
• Cold calling senior stakeholders and founders
• Lead generation and qualification
• Pitching services confidently and intelligently
• Building rapport and driving conversations beyond “scripts”
• Managing pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM discipline
• Representing the firm professionally in global markets
You’re not dialing random numbers — you’re representing a leadership-focused brand.
Your voice and presence must reflect that.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in cold calling / BDR / international sales
• Strong command over English, neutral or global accent
• Ability to sound confident, mature, and peer-level — not “outsourced”
• Someone who understands business, not just scripts
• Exposure to foreign markets or clients preferred (US/UK)
• Top-tier education OR strong proven experience
