Scope of the Role - Manage and deliver monthly performance in terms of, resolution, roll backs, recovery rates/ values as per the target set for the assigned portfolio.
Responsibility -
1) Manage and deliver monthly performance in terms of, resolution, roll backs, recovery rates/ values as per the target set for the assigned portfolio.
2) Review field follow-up for the portfolio managed towards achievement of target set.
3) Monitor the agency
4) Achieve the money collection under principal, fees & charges as per targets.
5) Ensuring timely allocation and field follow-up.
Ideal Candidate - Candidates who have at least 2 years experience in Collections.
