Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Manager at Ladders UP HR Solutions LLP in South Delhi. The Collection Manager will manage SME/consumer collections, including Home Loans, Loan against property, and credit cards. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing collections processes, coordinating with clients, analyzing collection reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
• Experience in SME/consumer collections, especially in Home Loans, Loan against property, and credit cards
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the collections industry
• Experience in managing a team and handling escalations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in collections management is a plus
