Position : Collection – Operation Executive
Work Location : Kota Rajasthan
Department : Collection / Back office work
Qualification : Prior Experience in Operation / Collection and Graduation

Collection Department Vacancy
A collections’ team is comprised of high-performing individuals who have an ability to follow-up systematically and maintain good relations with the Kota customer while ensuring high levels of customer repayment. The functions that an employee in collections may be asked to work with may include:
• Maintaining good relationships with the customer of Kota RJ
• Ensuring 100% collection efficiency of the portfolio
• Regular follow-up and timely reminders to Kota customers
• Working with different modes of repayment (Including digital modes) and offering these services to the customer
• Supporting the business team by ensuring high levels of collection efficiency
Operation/Back-office Job Role
An Operations’ role which entails high levels of customer understanding and where the employee is expected to perform the following functions:
• Generate new business from Kota Rajasthan,
• Liaison with different teams which include Credit, Legal, Technical, Collections
• Manage healthy relations with existing customers of Kota,
Qualification :
• Candidate should have completed graduation in any field,
• Should have prior experience in Operation / Collection Department
• Must have good communication and fluent in local language – Hindi, Rajasthani
• Ready to travel in Kota – as some time need to visit customers location in Kota (10%),
• Have positive attitude.
