3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Milton Keynes Hybrid Working
£26,000 to £29,000 DOE per annum
My client is looking for an experienced Collections Advisor to join their team to manage and provide top-quality customer service and support to their customers for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. As a Collections Advisor you will advise customers on the best methods of getting their accounts up to date, whilst following and adhering to company policies and FCA regulations. To be successful in your application you must have previous collections experience.
Collections Advisor Key Tasks And Responsibilities Will Include
• Make outbound calls to customers and answer inbound calls to collect amounts past due and set affordable repayments.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, webchat, email and SMS
• Work with customers who may be facing financial difficulties and work with them to come up with a solution.
• Providing top-quality service to all customers.
• Provide the best advice and guidance ensuring it s aligned with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in the role of a Collections Advisor we require the following skills and experience:
• Previous Collections experience.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements.
• Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Competent with a PC and MS Office.
• FCA knowledge.
