Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Collections Sales Executive to manage client interactions, recover payments, and provide exceptional customer service. This role focuses on ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Contact clients via phone or email to follow up on outstanding payments. Negotiate payment terms and resolve client queries effectively. Implement strategies for reducing delinquent accounts and improving collection rates. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account statuses. Collaborate with the finance team to address discrepancies or disputes. Provide regular updates to management on collection progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in collections or a related sales role. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Knowledge of debt recovery processes and best practices. Incentives: Performance-based incentives range from ₹20,000 per month.
