Main Responsibilities:
Contacting customers via phone, email, and letter to collect outstanding debts
Delivering a consistent and professional level of service to all customers
Achieving targets within the collections team
Handling calls promptly and adhering to company policies and procedures
Negotiating settlements with customers in line with our policy
Setting up long-term payment arrangements if necessary
Elevating customer arrears to the litigation team when required
