Role Description

The Collections Team Leader will oversee daily debt collection activities, manage team performance, develop strategies to improve collection rates, and ensure adherence to company policies. The role involves coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues, providing training and support to team members, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

• Experience in Debt Collection and Customer Service
• Proven Team Leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Hindi is mandate
