This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Team Leader located in Chennai. The Collections Team Leader will oversee daily debt collection activities, manage team performance, develop strategies to improve collection rates, and ensure adherence to company policies. The role involves coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues, providing training and support to team members, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
