Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial and Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a commercial or operations role, with a strong understanding of one or more aspects of purchase, supply chain management, and operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Commercial and Operations Manager in all aspects of their work, as well as managing your own portfolio of projects and tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Commercial and Operations Manager in all aspects of their work, including:
• Developing and implementing commercial and operations strategies
• Managing supplier relationships
• Overseeing the supply chain
• Managing inventory levels
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business
• Manage your own portfolio of projects and tasks, such as:
• Conducting market research
• Developing new products and services
• Launching new products and services
• Managing customer relationships
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to generate and close new business deals
• Work with the finance team to develop and manage budgets
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a commercial or operations role
• Strong understanding of one or more aspects of purchase, supply chain management, and operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with supply chain management software
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Fluency in English and Hindi
