The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the processing of all inbound transactions, resolving invoicing and credit exceptions, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive process improvements.

Accurate and timely processing of all inbound transactions
Effective resolution of invoicing and credit exceptions
Development of process improvements and best practices
Excellent service delivery to internal stakeholders and external vendors
