Job Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Interior Designers to lead and execute large-scale architecture and interior design projects. The role involves end-to-end project management, including conceptualization, design development, client coordination, and on-site execution. As a key contributor, you will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed project working drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Supervise site execution to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and team members to streamline project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address on-site challenges to maintain quality and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Qualities / Skills:
• Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design is a must
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Commercial Interior Projects
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and project teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset to address site execution challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• A creative approach to design, coupled with practical knowledge of site execution processes.
Location & Work Schedule:
• Faridabad, Haryana
• Full-time | Work from Office
• Monday to Saturday (+:30am - 6:00pm)
