A Snapshot of Your Day

The role involves End‑to‑end ownership of the Bid‑to‑Cash lifecycle for Compression Service projects, covering commercial strategy, bid execution, contract governance, project financial controlling, billing, and cash collection. This will involve dealing with Master Frame Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, sophisticated modification and upgrade projects, as well as coordinated solutions opportunities. You will be a project entrepreneur responsible for all commercial aspects during the entire lifecycle of the projects which includes Co-leading the project together with Sales / project manager with the objective of completing the project according to the defined standards and customer requirements. Partnership and teamwork between the Sales Manager as well as Project Manager is the key for the overall project success. You will be additionally responsible for mentoring other commercial colleagues and enabling their development. Your capacity to analyze data, financial proficiency, and proactive approach are crucial for success in this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Advanced skills in bid preparation (incl. calculation), taxes and NCM, contract negotiation, financing, accounting and reporting principles, reading and analyzing contract-as well as claim- and risk management.
Leading the negotiation of commercial T&Cs and consortium contracts in coordination with the relevant departments and create transparent wall-to-wall calculations.
Identify, manage and mitigate risks in the commercial areas including, currency risks, financial security instruments, tax requirements (incl. NCM and business models) terms of payment, insurances, export control & customs and compliance.
Successfully execute the scope of financial and commercial activities during the sales and execution phase based on Siemens Energy’s applicable guidelines (local GAAP, IFRS, FRG, etc.).
Support claim management, back-charges, and insurance cases, ensuring proper follow-up with the Project Manager and legal team.
Overall, the financial results according to set targets are managed professionally and you optimize gross profit, cash flow and assets in your bids.
Supporting the selection and evaluation of business partners.
Responsible for all the reporting and controlling topics in the country and act as a lead responsible for representing CP services in Australia towards all internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to ensuring compliance with reporting guidelines and internal controls.
Risk and opportunity Management for Project portfolio in the country.
Lead in change management topic in finance domain applicable to Compression Services.
Arranging, participate in trainings / workshop for team and knowledge development
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting with Advanced Knowledge of SAP and having Master Degree like CPA/ MBA would be an added advantage
At least 8-10 years of professional experience in Finance.
Ability to foster a culture of ownership, integrity, and accountability in line with Business Conduct Guidelines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with understanding of Financial Reporting Standards and experience within project management, marketing, or cost estimation
Cross-functional and cross-organizational mindset, ability to connect with people at all levels, comfortable working with a virtual organization, open for new ways of thinking and working.
You are a team player and experienced to integrate different perspectives with a clear results-orientation
Ability for travel when necessary/planned must qualify for travel within region of employment.
