Job Description
As a Commercial Manager for Health-care, you will drive the management and negotiation of key health fund contracts, focusing on performance improvement and growth. You will play a pivotal role in optimising revenue, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with Private Health Insurers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and performance management to maximise growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prevent revenue leakage and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, compliance with contractual obligations, and manage audit processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You have extensive experience in health funding, contract negotiations, and hospital management. Your leadership, analytical skills, and ability to engage senior stakeholders will enable you to drive change and deliver results. A strong understanding of the private health sector and a commitment to performance improvement are key to your success.
