Job Responsibilities
• Managing Commercial process at the store like. Sales Cash deposit, Banking transactions, Petty cash management, utility bill payment, refund, invoices & Insurance etc. • Ensuring compliance to proper allocation of stock so that there is no shrinkage, • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of the company that accounts of the store remain accurate and up-to-date by way of periodic re-conciliation. • Ensure statutory compliance like timely filing and submission of Sales tax, arrangement and display necessary licenses of weights and measures, shops and establishments. • Conducting timely financial and non- financial audits at the showrooms and productivity necessarily qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales, expenses, budget, review etc. • Being vigilant and acting as a whistle blower in case of occurrence of financial or commercial malpractice. • Determining Variance of actual expenses from budget. • Expense to Sales Ratios • Accuracy of Stock and Accounts reconciliation • Timeliness in adherence to statutory requirements such as tax returns, etc.
