The role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our Events team . This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, providing guidance and support within the kitchen, and ensuring all recipes and standards are followed in alignment with Crown’s vision and objectives.
About you
Demonstrated experience in high-end culinary environments, catering to large-scale luxury events.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
Self-motivated and adaptable
Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
Flexible availability across 7 days
