- Leading visual communication and art direction for brand, marketing, and campaign creatives
- Developing and maintaining brand identity, visual language, and design standards
- Conceptualizing and executing creatives for digital platforms, social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print
- Collaborating with marketing, content, performance, and product teams to deliver compelling design solutions
- Reviewing, guiding, and mentoring junior designers and creative team members
- Ensuring design quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all projects
- Staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 38 years of experience as a Communication Designer / Art Director or similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative direction
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling
- Experience working with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
