Job Description
Reporting to the Acting Senior Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating external and internal communication strategies and plans to assist the organisation with achieving its goals.
Duties and responsibilities
Deliver the required objectives and outcomes in accordance with broader organisational goals
Develop and implement communication strategies the engage key audiences and promote the organisations work
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Support the delivery of communication related projects, continuous improvement opportunities, campaigns and initiatives within agreed timeframes and budget
Provide regular reporting on communication plans, campaigns and initiatives to demonstrate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications or related relevant field experience
A minimum of 3 years experience developing, implementing and evaluating communications plans to achieve organisational objectives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment
Experience managing/contributing to the management of complex issues
