Job Description The Communications & Public Relations (PR) Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that elevate the brand, strengthen internal and external engagement, and shape a positive public image. This role leads internal communications, media relations, press outreach, and brand messaging across platforms with clarity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with company goals.
● Lead internal communications to foster a unified culture and informed workforce.
● Create, edit, and manage compelling content including press releases, newsletters, speeches, articles, and social media posts.
● Serve as the primary liaison for media outreach; build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
● Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
● Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends; deliver regular insights and reports.
● Support crisis communication and reputation management with prompt, thoughtful messaging.
● Leverage a strong network of media contacts to amplify brand narratives and secure impactful coverage.
● Demonstrate agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a communications and PR capacity.
● Outstanding written, verbal, and editorial skills with a strong eye for detail.
● Proven success in managing media relations and securing strategic placements.
● Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
● Experience in handling sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
