Key Responsibilities
• Field Assistance: Help in organizing and conducting awareness drives, hygiene kit distributions, and community outreach in the targeted areas.
• Workshop Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of capacity-building workshops for Anganwadi workers, women, and adolescent girls.
• Logistics Support: Manage logistics for distribution activities, including the arrangement and transportation of materials like nutrition kits, sanitary products, and educational pamphlets.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members, including women and adolescent girls, to raise awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and sustainable practices.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in conducting surveys, collecting feedback from beneficiaries, and preparing reports on project impact and outcomes.
• Administrative Support: Help with documentation, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Digital Support: Support the organization of webinars, digital outreach, and social media promotion related to the project.
