We aim to redefine student living with a unique product, standardized across all locations. Currently, we are present in 10 cities with 60+ hostels housing over 6000+ beds.
About the role:
We've recently launched our exclusive resident community!
A big part of our product is the community, and you get to be a part of the team that builds it.
The Community Manager will be responsible for:
• Execution of our online & offline community program
• Planning the community content calendar
• Creating engaging content centered around interest communities, and encouraging peer user interactions
• Designing, Planning & Executing exclusive community engagement events ( offline + online)
• Engagement & Moderation in the internal community on our app
• Hosting online engagements & gamification
• Working on the improving the customer experience on our app
• Research relevant partnerships that add value to the community of residents
Skills:
• Passion about communities
You should have1 to 3 years of prior experience in running communities. brownie points If you personally run a community
• Empathy
Building communities is hard. Being an empathetic person takes you a long way. You should be self-educated on the importance of building a diverse + inclusive space & culture that uplifts.
• Moderation
• Basic understanding of running online communities
• Eye for event detailing & conceptualization
• Willingness to learn Community Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict Resolution
• Content Creation & trends research
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Extensive social media user & eye for good design
