Community Manager is the bridge between our clients/ students and Our Team.
He/She will be a team player who will effectively manage all the communication from our organisation to the students & clients making sure everything works smoothly
Your Job is to make sure all the processes are working smoothly and students & clients are outmost satisfied
You works closely with all the departments and also manages end-to-end support emails
Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall experience of the sellers joining in the workshop & keeping them updated with the process.
• Keep a check on Support emails
• Keeping the community of students engaged
• Making Sure Students are able to access the program smoothly without any interruption
• Setting up reminder calls before zoom webinars and meetings
• Giving students login for the program and Making sure to add them to the facebook community
• Develop a strategy for onboarding students once they enrol into the program Develop documentation and road maps for processes and resolving doubts
• Invoicing our clients and students
• Creating SOPs for smooth flow of the workshops and daily communications
• Solving problems as they keep coming
• Creating Permanent Solution for recurring problem & documenting the same
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 6-12 months of experience with community management, speaking to clients & students and making SOPs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Gmail, Google Drive
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Outspoken and not shy of camera and Willing to go on Video call’s when required during onboarding call’s
• Team Player
• Good time management skills
• Critical thinker and problem solving skills
• Well versed with English Language
• Always looking for Improvements & Learning
• Adhering to deadlines and getting things done from others
