The Opportunity
Employment Type:
Permanent Part Time 0.6 FTE
Hours of Work:
Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 1700-2200 hrs
Friday 1800-2200 hrs Participation in recreation outings preferred.
Wages:
$17.13-$23.00
Participation in recreation outings preferred.
previous experience supporting persons with disabilities
behavioural experience and ability to implement behavioural programs
personal care experience and /or education
previous community inclusion experience and knowledge of community resources
strong verbal and written communication skills
computer skills required
ability to perform lifts and transfers per job requirements

Requirements:
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
A current and clear Criminal Records Check Form and if applicable a Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than +0 calendar days prior to the hire date.
A tuberculosis screening that has been completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date.
