The company secretary is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as filing of statutory returns, compliance with company law, and adherence to corporate governance regulations.
Job Description
• Assisting in Filing ROC forms for listed and unlisted companies.
• Assisting in Preparation of minutes.
• Assisting in Statutory Registers (Register of members/shareholders/directors/charges/contracts/interested parties).
• Assisting in Preparation of agenda/notices/filing with Stock Exchanges/Corporate announcements/listing compliance's For Listed Companies.
• Assisting in formalities of incorporation of companies/LLPs and transfer of shares formalities.
• Support in compliance with all provisions of Companies Act (both periodic and event-based filings).
• Incorporation of companies (WOS, Foreign Subsidiaries, Private, OPC)
• Funding compliance under companies Act, RBI & FDI and share purchase Agreement
• Annual filing of company and LLP.
• Trademark Registrations.
• Support in preparing Annual report and co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders
• Support in compliance with insider trading regulations.
• NBFC Registrations and RBI Compliance.
• Support in compliance with all provisions of SEBI listing regulations. (Additional).
• NBFC Registration and filing. (Must)
Requirements
• Qualified CS or CS with minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Strong personal and professional ethics and integrity;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong awareness and proactive management of compliance and internal control;
• Must have COP or ready to apply.
• Client Servicing (Preferred)

Salary: 30k to 60k per month
Working: 5 days
Timings: +:30am to 5:30pm
Location : Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,585.07 per month
