Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the compliance needs of multiple companies, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
• Prepare and file annual returns, financial statements, and other necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
• Address and respond to authorities' queries and communications promptly and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in company laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization remains compliant.
• Assist in conducting board meetings, general meetings, and other corporate governance activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate documents and registers.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel as needed to resolve compliance issues.
• Assist in the preparation of legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates as Company Secretary.
• Strong interest in corporate governance and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
