About Us: Intellifin is a subsidiary of Chittorgarh Infotech Ltd which is India's leading portal for financial products such as IPOs, Broker’s reviews etc. We are now building a platform for managing end to end fundraise services mainly through IPO. We are currently seeking a talented Company Secretary to join our core team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate would be responsible for handling end to end activities for fund raise through SME IPO, Venture debt and other debt transactions.
• Candidate shall have great command over English writing and speaking skills as profile also includes writing valuable content
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors in the preparation of prospectuses and other documentation for SME IPO
