Role Description
Inviting freshly certified CS candidates to get hands-on experience in managing regulatory compliance and corporate governance, of a newly converted public limited entity. Excellent chance to put acquired knowledge to practical use in real-life.
Qualifications
Executive/Professional Certified from ICSI
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements (Co. Act 2013, SEBI LODR etc.)
Excellent organizational. and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is a MUST,
