The Human Resources department at TresVista plays a pivotal role in empowering employees across departments to drive impact for our clients. The team is responsible for managing compensation and benefits, optimizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other factors that influence the firm and its people.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits strategies for the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Managing the annual compensation review process, including promotions, increments, and yearly bonus pay-outs.
• Providing data analysis and reporting support as needed, utilizing Excel models to build insights.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge compensation policies and procedures within the firm.
• Conducting market research to perform salary benchmarking through primary and secondary data collection.
Prerequisites:
• Strong business and HR acumen, coupled with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment and ownership, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent analytical ability, communication, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and good time management, along with multi-tasking skills.
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in any discipline or MBA in HR/Finance, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
