Role available due to internal promotion – genuine growth
Sydney | Land of the Gadigal people

The Compliance Analyst supports compliance-related activities across Property Management (PM) operations within PM Pacific. Sitting within the Governance and Business Excellence team, the role assists with compliance reviews, internal audits, monitoring activities and reporting to help ensure alignment with relevant corporate policies, operational standards, and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Run reviews together – partner with PM teams to deliver practical compliance reviews on the ground, from scoping and scheduling through to evidence, write ups and follow-up.
Make it usable – translate requirements into simple checklists, templates and guidance that help operations stay consistent.
Bring the rigour – keep documentation, registers and records clean, complete and easy to rely on (your detail will matter here).
Close the loop – track actions, nudge stakeholders, and keep momentum until improvements are implemented—not just discussed.
Spot what repeats – help identify themes and trends from review outcomes and turn them into clear, decision-ready reporting.
Learn and improve – use review findings to help design and implement continuous improvement initiatives to lift compliance performance over time (e.g. smarter templates, tighter controls, simpler ways of working).
