Responsibilities
- Assisting clients make application to SEBI for research analyst, investment adviser, portfolio manager (PMS), stock broker and AIF license.
- Assisting in ensuring that clients comply with the applicable regulations
- Research, understanding and learning various regulations, circulars, guidelines, notifications issued by SEBI and applicable to the clients.
- Drafting of agreements, policies, compliance notes and other documents as per the regulations.
Qualifications:
- Candidates who have completed Company Secretary (CS) Executive Level, CS Freshers can apply
- Law graduates and LLM freshers interested in the Securities Law can apply.
