Job Description
1.Handling of QMS activity (Change Control, Deviation, OOS, OOT, CAPA, Investigation, etc.)
2.Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
3.Giving training for cGMP practices, equipment handling, manufacturing process to subordinates
4.Preparation, review and approval of SOPs, BPCRs, BPRs, Qualification related documents, URS etc.
5.Co-ordination for arrangement of trainings and maintenance of training records
6.To co-ordinate with cross functional departments DSP, QA, QC and WH when required to carry out continuous production activities/QMS activity.
7.To manage the shift related activities along with manpower handling.
8.To manage the product related activity, in absence of primary responsible person.
9.Responsible for In-process production related activities in DP manufacturing, filling, and packing sections
10.Equipment operation and supervision of DP area
11.Review of Area and Equipment logbooks for online entry compliances
12.Co-ordination with the Third Party for the Validation, Equipment Procurement, Material Procurement etc.
13.Review and Active Participation in Internal/External audits and compliance of the same
