Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control computer systems and related infrastructure during shifts.
• Maintain logs and records of system performance, incidents, and downtime.
• Operate billing software and computer systems to generate and print invoices.
• Input, verify, and update billing information in the system accurately.
• Monitor automated billing processes and troubleshoot any errors or delays.
• Coordinate with finance, accounts, and customer service departments for billing-related issues.
Qualifications:
• High school or graduate Commerce back ground is preferred.
• Proven experience as a computer operator or Freshers can also apply
