We are excited to announce that Leapwaters is actively looking for a talented and experienced Online Teacher.Your main goal will be to prepare and teach lessons to students using an online platform. In addition to this, you should have a stable internet connection and own a computer system.As an Online Teacher, you will be responsible for presenting teaching materials in a most innovative manner. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing student's performance reports.Apart from this, you should possess phenomenal communication skills and excellent time management abilities. You should be able to pay close attention to details and understand student's difficulties.ResponsibilitiesExplaining lessons to students using online teaching platforms.Making students comfortable before starting lessons.Taking up student questions and queries while teaching online.Assisting student's projects and assignments.Preparing assessments such as tests and examinations online.Monitoring the student's performance.Leading students to discuss to make the lessons interesting.Monitoring the student's attendance to online classes.Following educational curriculum and guidelines accurately.Reporting daily to the Teaching Supervisor.Staying up to date with the latest trends in online teaching.Requirements
BCA or MCAProficiency in using online teaching tools.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage students in an online environment.High organized and creative individual.Ability to solve student's problems in a constructive manner.Excellent ability to motivate students.Good leadership skills.Highly knowledgeable in various subjects.Excellent listening and analytical skills.A keen eye for details.Ability to provide clear instructions.Excellent ability to teach and explain concepts.Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: INR10,000.00 - INR15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
