Being self-centred is good, but this may not fit well with our mission and organisation culture till 2026.About the PositionBharatCares seeks to employ a Computer Trainer/Faculty to support the organization by imparting the computer training to the women and girls at our Skill Development Centre. The selected candidate will work closely with the top management, Manager-Programs and Communications team.Roles and Responsibilities Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills Make detailed lesson plans for the concepts to be delivered in a format prescribed by the program Instructing in a manner that develops students' confidence in their abilities Observing and managing classroom, mark the attendance of the learner in her/his class on a daily basis Assessing and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations Assess the learners' understanding of the concept acquired through appropriate Assessment Tools and record the progress of the learner consistently Ensuring that the computer laboratory remains clean Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware Take frequent follow ups to ensure consistency and work towards improvement Provide continuous and comprehensive feedback to the learner, for the progress shown in learning a conceptEligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline Teaching certification for the level at which you will be instructing Prior experience of 3+ years as a computer teacher Own, reliable transport is preferable Excellent presentation abilities Strong written and administrative skills Adaptable approach to instructing Passionate about promoting computer literacy and academic excellenceTechnical Skills Requirement MS Office Powerpoint MS Word MS Excel (Basic & Advanced) Browsing Internet WindowsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR10,000.00 - INR12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
