The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing presentation drawings, reports, and documentation. They will create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit-+ Lumion / D5 / Corona, and produce high-quality visuals and walkthroughs to communicate design intent.
The position requires a B.Arch degree with minimum 1 year of experience, and strong command over modeling and rendering software. The candidate must be based in Kerala or Tamil Nadu, with a stable work setup (internet -+ power backup).
