At Westfield West Lakes we’re seeking a Concierge Attendant who is dedicated to providing outstanding service and enhancing every customer’s visit.
As the friendly face of our centre, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.
Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.
This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hotel, or guest services).
Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays – especially Thursday nights and weekends.
